İsmet Sıral Creative Music Studio created by Argos Culture and Arts in the scope of İstanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture program has been the most extra ordinary and zestful art projects of the year.
ISCMS offered exciting concerts as well as workshops and seminars that brought students together with the masters in music. The 11 days of unique program of ISCMS covered 8 big concerts, 23 workshops and seminars, many droup activities and conferences around different themes. The events took place in outstanding venues such as Sepetçiler Pavilion, Heybeli Island, Eminönü overpass.
